According to the agreement by the Council of Ministers n.º 89-A/2020 travel to watch cultural shows is permitted, if the travel takes place between neighbouring municipalities or if it is within the same Metropolitan Area, and if the concert-goers are already in possession of the respective concert tickets, during the period between midnight on October 30th and 06.00 am on November 3rd, 2020".
This information is valid for spectators who come to the "Beethoven Akademie 1808" concerts provided by the OCS [2nd Part], on October 31st.
